The pottery studio offers a variety of classes in pottery for all ages and skill levels
from 5 years up.

This charming little venue offers workshops and classes for all abilities and is the perfect place to bring out your creativity and find enjoyment in clay.

​ We are open every Saturday from 10am-4pm for the collection of work as well as the sale of gift vouchers and enquiries about classes, you can also pop by Wednesday - Friday, ideally between classes. ​If a class is in progress the tutor may ask you
to come back at a later time.
Classes at the Clay Half
The Clay Half studio is fully equipped to offer pottery classes and is small but well equipped and is a lovely welcoming space for small class sizes of 4 - 8 people usually.
Our pottery taster sessions are designed to gently introduce you to the practice. Tailored for beginners, once you have completed these you can progress to follow-on weekly classes or further beginners or intermediate classes and continue to develop your skills in either hand-building or wheel-thrown pottery. We also like to nurture young talents with our Adult and Child pottery classes, Pottery Playground for primary school aged children and Mud Club for secondary school students.

If you are seeking a more personalised experience? We offer private classes for tailored tuition, as well as small team building workshops or Prosecco and Pottery nights with a glass of fizz!​
